This independent studio is located on the first floor of a house in a quiet street on the banks of the Loir. You have access to a small terrace for meals. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility and includes: 1 motorized 140 TPR bed (head and feet can be raised), independent on each side. PRM shower room/WC with walk-in shower (grab rails in shower and WC). Sufficient maneuvering space in the main room and adapted height of floor plans and equipment. Please note 2 m ceiling height. Possibility of access to a shelter for 2 bicycles. Access to a plot of land on the banks of the Loir (non-PRM) and possibility of loaning a canoe with life jacket for children.
