Very old, dating from the year 1000, in 1114, the lord of Romainville, to repair the injustice committed by his family, donated it to the monks of Thiron. Around 1400, it was added to the great nave, called the nave of the Sacred Heart, at that time the bell tower was also built. All these works were financed by the descendant of the signers of Cloyes, Jeanne, widow of Pierre le Drouais, who dedicated part of the inheritance she had received from her sister Catherine, lady of Cloyes and Marboué. The latest constructions, giving the church its present appearance, are more recent. The sacristy was built in 1836 in the garden of the presbytery and in 1843 the southern nave called the Blessed Virgin and the baptismal font were added.
