Welcome to the Carcoiter gite, in Unverre surrounded by Perche countryside.
On the ground floor, the recently renovated gite features a living room with a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, cooktop, oven and microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with two single joinable beds and the other with a double bed. Bathroom. You can also make use of a private terrace and car park. You will have access to the owners’ garden, where kids can play on a swing and trampoline. They can also discover our little chicken run. Boules court and two large football goals. Heated, covered pool (4 x 9 m, accessible from 10 am to 6 pm).
