A pleasant trip into culinary history is being offered by the Three Shepherds in Chateaudun, in the form of a medieval menu. Recipes dating from the 12th, 13th and 14th centuries, have been simply put together by historians.
The establishment also offers traditional home-made cuisine. Everything is homemade, including the bread. We work here with local and regional products.
The restaurant also offers a weekly take-away menu which can be consulted on the website (booking 48 hours in advance).
